Our European organization comes from the fact that our companies under the influence of the manufacturers, are relatively poorly represented when important decisions taken by the EU. Historically, decisions were validated without taking into account the views and suggestions of your representatives. It is increasingly difficult for us, Agents, having to undergo new contractual reorganizations and financially complex to master. Belonging to a network is a strength, but it should be vigilant about the sustainability of our businesses. Being representatives of your brand and having your support during major decisions within the European Committee for Trade and Repairs Cars (CECRA) will give us a right to listen and answer and especially the right to vote. The European Council of Groupings of Automobile Agents is an organization whose members are your fellow Presidents and Agents. CEGAA is your contact to defend your rights and interests before the CECRA. We have the means of action to the EU. Join CEGAA to know and share with your membership current and future European directives Automobile. Working together is a civic act! Our Goals
- The development and implementation of all initiatives to get government and authorities of the EU Member States and all business partners, a harmonized definition of rights and obligations of car brands and agents authorized repairers who entered into a contract of automobile agent,
- Defense administrative , financial and commercial terms of material and moral interests of approved agents and repairers,
- Maintain relations with the public authorities , the press , public opinion and the various national and international organizations concerned , in order to promote an information policy problems common to all automobile brand agents and authorized repairers have concluded an automobile brand agent contract,
- An ad hoc basis , providing services and advice,
- and more generally, all operations of whatever nature necessary to achieve the above purpose.
